No, "unlawful entry" is a misdemeanor, which is why it's called "Unlawful Entry with the Purpose to Commit a Felony". That's why the charge is worded that way, to distinguish it from an actual felony. Cant be charged with "Felony with the purpose to commit a felony."

Breaking and Entering is a felony.

Um...completely wrong. He was charged with entering property for the PURPOSE of committing a felony. It's a common charge, but it is not a felony in itself. Serious fail on your part.
