Maybe I am missing something, but isn't this how they intend to cover their own operating costs? Other than parking fees and camping fees (at overnight parks) what revenue stream do the parks have?

You would agree that it costs money to maintain, right? If so, what is your solution?

I lost a child due to a medical mistake (not at Children's) and I didn't sue. Are you saying that makes me a cold person?
Medicine is an art, a practice if you will. Not everyone reacts to treatment in the same way. In my case, I saw that the doctor had learned from the error, and they had truly tried their best. I felt the dr. was "paying" enough emotionally. What good would suing do? Yes, I would have a nicer house and car, but I couldn't live with myself if I had profited from this. Plus, it would just jack up the costs for all of us, not bring back my child.
