Since local parents appear to be too stupid to learn from each others mistakes, I propose that we force them to install kinder and gentler concrete below their windows.

Not every traumatic incident creates PTSD. If that was the case 99% would be suffering from PTSD. As much as the mental health community would love to have everyone diagnosed with some sort of disorder, the fact is, most people work through life's ups and downs on their own or with little assistance. This young man may only need the reassurance of his family, friends and the authorities to conclude that what he did, though violent and messy, was a good thing and that he'll get through it.

Harry, Harry, Harry. The bicyclist was riding where all the anti-cyclists crowd say they should ride and he still gets taken out by a motorist. Dumb and unlucky maybe.
