My ovaries just exploded. :|

My mom met my (Step) Dad when I was 5 months old. They didn't get married until I was 10, and I didn't know he wasn't my Biological Dad until I was 12... so for my entire childhood I thought my parents were unmarried. I always heard snide comments from other parents, but it never bothered me. I knew my parents loved eachother and that is all that really mattered to me. When they did "finally" get married, it was because they were ready to get married, not because they felt like they had to.
