"Just as an only child cannot ever fully fathom having siblings, a non gun owner will never understand the subtle changes when a person becomes a gun owner. Like the new lawyer recently admitted into the bar association, a certain subconscious confidence develops. Legal gun owners tend to be responsible, concerned, involved citizens. They make an added effort to understand the laws and follow them.
Any responsible citizen can choose to become a gun owner at any point in life. I did.
Craig Rovetz taught the importance of exercising the 2nd amendment right. He also taught what it means to be a gun owner. He taught that gun ownership changes the individual, and it is supposed to.

SECTION 1. Section 12058 is added to the Penal Code, to read:
12058
(a) Persons holding a valid permit or license to carry a concealed handgun from any state or a political subdivision of a state shall be deemed a licensee under subparagraph (A) of paragraph (1) of subdivision (a) of Section 12050.
(b) The Department of Justice shall enter into reciprocity agreements with all other states that have the legal authority to enter into those agreements so that licensees under Section 12050 may carry firearms in those states pursuant to the conditions imposed by Section 12050. The department shall each month maintain and publish a list of those states with which this state has established reciprocity.

Record fine for Soros Fund over Hungarian transactions
Hungary's financial supervisory watchdog announced Friday it had slapped a 1.6-million-euro fine on an investment fund founded by US billionaire George Soros, for manipulating the market.
The PSzAF said it had fined Soros Fund Management LLC for transactions on the Budapest stock exchange on October 9 that led to a "significant loss in value" of Hungarian OTP bank stocks, which fell in days from 4,000 forint (13.2 euros, 17.86 dollars) to 2,500 forint.
The PSzAF "is imposing a 489-million-forint fine on Soros Fund Management LLC... for violating the rules regarding the illegal manipulation of financial markets," the supervisory authority said in a statement on its Internet site.
The Soros Fund has 30 days to pay this record fine.
