Smith is a surprisingly good interviewer. I enjoyed a lot of his films but have liked the podcasts much more. The guy can talk and so can his friends, much of what they say is funny if not relatable to your own life. It's also a nice intro to other funny people he has on the various podcasts. Best of all IT'S FREE!
Those memories are misty now. In 20 (or more) years from now we'll look back on Lohan and compair her to the stars misbehaving in 2031 and ask the same questions.
He just cut out the middle man between his work and the fans. He always provides and ease of access and an excess of content to keep those who enjoy his work happy. It doesn't seem strange for him to use his Q&A format and attach his movie to the front. I doubt the studios would be so very mad if they didn't think the movie could and would make money. Good luck to him.
Maybe the problem isn't just the theft but what's causing it. Ticket prices are really expensive and then you wait 6 months for a $20 DVD or more if Blu Ray. This does not excuse piracy in any way but I think that if they (the movie industry) focus their attention on lowering the cost for us to see movies and the time and cost in order to buy them, perhaps less people will resort to other methods of obtaining the movies. I can understand that prices are based on cost and if you have a few $20 million dollar actors in it, it'll cost more in the long run. I know, for myself, that I have passed up seeing and buying movies that I've been really interested in based on the cost alone.
Someone has to want to be forgiven to seek forgiveness. Mel doesn't seem to think that anything he said was wrong. He'll be more quite about it in the future if he wants to work but I don't think he'll seek to change what he doesn't see as wrong. I've never been a big fan of his movies but when someone lives their life like he has lately, I see no need to spend money to pay for his excesses.
I liked the show. I thought some of the laundry scenes or talking scenes added the realism of monotony. As for zombies attacking people all the time, how boring would that get? The zombies aren't really the point most of the time anyway. I think it is more about what do you hold close morally and physically when the world as you know it ends, with zombies thrown on top.
Loved this movie. At the time it came out, I hadn't seen anything like it. Such a dark comedy.
Olbermann is just a sad, bitter person without any ability at self reflection. Maybe if he took an honest look at himself he'd get over that chip on his shoulder. If not he'll just continue to be a joke.
Maddcow can't interview anyone without looking like a lunatic. Stewart is reaching too far for something I don't think he wanted a few years ago. If Stewart has a current format his crazy viewers enjoy than just go with that and leave the politics and rally's to the people.
I didn't even recognize him at first. It's been so long since I tuned into the liberal media I can even name the anchors on most networks, but I'm fine with them destroying themselves from the inside.
