Chris Sabin. Believe it or not it is closer than many people think.
Kenny King deserves it as well. He had a good year. He defeated RVD and defended the belt in those 3-ways. I believe never got pin to lose the belt.
Manik probably had the more impressive title defenses.
For me like I mentioned above it is Sabin. His heel character has really impress me. He did cash in the X title for a successful world title victory. Won back the title and just this past week had an awesome FMM match with Hardy.

Good article, as always. As to Tapa, let's give credit TNA NOT doing what most of us expected. I'm glad Tapa did not go after the title right away. She is not ready for the burden of carrying a depleted division. Gail being the champ makes perfect chance and I wouldn't be surprise if this was her idea. The critics will bitch and moan about that its too similar to Aj Lee and Tamina. To be honest, they are correct , but it makes sense for a green powerhouse to learn from the best.
I'm hoping that TNA will send Tapa to Japan for some seasoning.
Thank you again. I always enjoy these columns.

Well said. TNA has a REALLY bad reputation in the treatment of former talents, especially the women. I don't blame them with refusing to go back. TNA should now focus on getting new talent and treat them with the respect that they earned.

Not surprise at all. It makes sense. Hopefully AJ unlike Punk will defend his title in "other" feds. Wrestle-1 will likely be the top candidate. Or maybe New Japan but I doubt it.

This is how to spin things. No we are not going back as failures. We are going back to revolutionized the wrestling industry. LOL All jokes aside, this is the best solution to their problems. Fans want new wrestlers: then we will get new wrestlers. I'm just glad Universal took them back. Now we know why BFG kinda wasn't that good. It was a starting point...A Genesis if you will. They needed to get off the road and let's give them credit for thinking of a pretty new idea that no doubt a certain company <cough> WWE will borrow aka rip off. Oh no, not the WWE they never rip anything off.

TOO Damn Funny. EY is going back to Tulsa. The Joseph Park not falling back to the Abyss is too priceless. Love these videos. Comedy gold.

I like your thinking here. The only minor gripe is that Impact on October 24th is schedule to be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please no Beer money reunion. Other than that awesome work, sir.

Thank God Bellator does not have a women's division.
