Communism has not YET happened in the world -- capitalists killed over 100 million people since WWII to stop it from coming, so the rich could stay in power with their privileges (see Wikipedia). As to organ harvesting: it is isahell that controls this market (as well)...

_“If, however, the traditional Washington foreign policy establishment believes that Trump’s policy toward Iran is backfiring and so working against US hegemony in the Persian Gulf, his administration seems not to care.”_

This is a sign that Trump is NOT encouraging US imperialism/hegemony, isn’t it?

Very good article. Thanks, Saker. You have clarified many issues that were obscure. I agree with your conclusions. Good luck to Russia!

As many articles from Pepe Escobar, this is an extremely important one. He provides a series of information that only a creful investigative jourrnalist can do. He gives evidence to our guesses.

Let's hope Escobar is right when, at the end, he suggests that this destruction of Lebanon "...may be the straw breaking the camel’s back – releasing the camel to the freedom of finally retracing its steps back to Asia along the New Silk Roads."

This article is to be read again and again.

There is a misconception and people continue repeating the MSM narrative blaming a certain inherent Brazilian corruption for the coup d’état in Brazil in 2016 and subsequent sell out of Brazilian economic assets. However, as Pepe says, the corruption that occurs in Brazil is part of a bigger scenario, which takes place in the US.

And when Pepe says: “What Lula is going to do, next?” he means that Lula is more than just one person: he represents a whole coalition of parties and social strata able to make a big difference in history.

In my view, this is a silly article -- badly written and with a senseless title. Why so many times the author insists in calling the Chinese government a 'bad' government? There is NOTHING anusual about China. It is NOT necessary to reinforce the 'narrative' of the MSM using the same lines...

China is a sovereign country and a nation who consciously chose the ONLY form of government able to sustain its independence. Chinese government is in a 'state of war', or SELF-DEFENCE, since before the 1948-49 revolution.

The Chinese government is a response to imperialist aggression, a rational response.

China has a peculiar form of DEMOCRACY as every member of their immense Central Committee is chosen by communities everywhere in the country -- and removed by the people if they do NOT perform accordingly! Now, they are getting the victory they deserve in the new system that is looming ahead! And the whole of humanity will benefit.

After the end of WWII, the US had a chance to become the leader of a better world; but it chose to continue killing -- starting with the Korean war, a genocide. Over 60 billion people were killed since then, around the Third World, in imperialist infiltrations, sabotage, coups... Slowly, all the reforms made after WWII were reverted.

We are, at the moment, living a transition period to a new socio-economic system. Like it or not, we are entering into SOCIALISM. It will NOT be like the Chinese defensive government we have today -- and China will be the FIRST State to change to a totally relaxed form of government at the hands of its wonderful people. The world will follow.

I believe that Elvira Nabiullina is still the head of the Central Bank of Russia.
