You're not intruding at all! Rhodesian Ridgebacks are a dog breed. I have worked with Ridgebacks for over 10 years, and currently have three. They are not the easiest to train but very, very lovable.
That weezo just got my blood boiling every time I would read his trash. I just had to stop reading the posts because the only reason for his being there is to agitate us and if it works, he wins. It's the liberal way, and he's got it down to a science. He doesn't even live in this country does he? The first rule in dog training is if you want to extinguish a behavior, ignore it!

Don't waste your time on this one. I'm done responding to his Socialist Rubbish. The mental maturity of a third grader. I'm so glad that people like weezo have made the effort to join a board like this just to call people "sore losers." I can get that from my six year old. My hard earned money is now fueling Acorn. For some reason, I don't remember choosing that garbage organization for my charity! I guess if I were on the dole like he apparently is, I'd be a Socialist as well. I'm glad he has great health care for now, and enjoy it while it lasts I might add. I suppose that explains why the wealthy of other countries come here for their a la carte medical needs. It might behoove some of these folks to think about all of this acquired power might be in the hands of a conservative when they finally lose after destroying the hard working individuals of our country.

The freedom of individual states to refuse TARP money - not.
The freedom of car buyers to decide if GM or Chrysler should go out of business - not.
The freedom to apply our hard earned money to the causes of our choice - not.
The freedom to donate to the charity of our choice and not those chosen for us - not.
The freedom to go to a doctor of our choice (coming)
The freedom to pursue health care and treatment they way we see fit (coming)
The right to a fair Supreme Court hearing - disgregarded
The right to be represented in Congress and the Senate by elected officials - gone.
We are fundamental opposites, it is beyond me why you continue to post on this board. I am against Statism. You are obviously a huge proponent of it. The last place I'd want to be is on a liberal bulletin board. Did Obama take over the auto industry at their request? How about the UAW? Doesn't matter if they requested it or not. It's against the Constitution. The answer should have been "buh bye GM, buh bye Chrysler." Bad business decisions have consequences, but at least they would be proud enough to own their own mistakes. Now they are our mistakes. What indignity.
I'm not a huge fan of the Patriot Act, but I am a huge fan of keeping the country safe. My life isn't that exciting. I don't think the government would listen for long anyway. But, alas, now I'm on a threat to national security because I might want to entertain the thought of a third party. I'm not playing my side, your side with you. You're going to have to find another place for that. This site is for constructive thought.
How many czars do think this president needs? 21 and counting. They are changing the integral fabric of how our government is supposed to operate. They answer only to him, and supercede the cabinet. No other president has used so much executive power. He's not Caesar, someone needs to remind him of that.

Thanks for the reply. I'm just stunned that the states are losing their rights at an exponential speed. It's mind boggling. If the governor of the state refuses the money that should be the end of it. It would seem that anything else would be mafia-style coercion. He's running the country just like they've been running Chicago for years. It's just something I thought I would never see happening. What is it going to take to wake up the public? You're right we can't afford to give up.

I'm getting tired of hearing how he inherited all of this like someone who reluctantly agreed to take the job. And also, when was the last time there was a silver lining with an unemployment rate of 9.4 %?

You say people in "here." Who are these people you speak about? The people I know to be in "here" want to save their republic from going the way of every other country on earth. Peace in the Middle East is a top priority, of course, but first we have to be a strong country in and of ourselves. We are getting weaker every second that this pres is in office; economically and militarily. We lose pieces of our freedom every day to his policies. I'm really not here to get involved in childish banter. Capitalism works. Tax cuts work. If you are okay with dummed down social ist utopias, then that is your choice. I would like to have my choice as well, and the freedom to make it.
