As much as despise Hogan, I disagree with Taz. We live in an ADD society with a short memory. People have said far worse and have made comebacks. You'll eventually see him back, either with the WWE or destroying some other smaller company with his buddy Bischoff.

Sounds like sour grapes from, in my opinion, a boring champion. He's a good wrestler with zero charisma who would have benefited from a heel turn and someone else to be his mouthpiece.

This is just more proof that competition is good for the business and even good for McMahon's empire. Aside from a few exceptions, the WWE's homegrown talent have been having a hard time getting over in comparison to past generations. The answer isn't always more neon lights. The Monday Night Wars were won with a lot of talent that was taken from rival promotions.

I respectfully disagree. If your promotion is more successful, your talent is better known, which makes it a fair talent exchange. But they're not even near that point yet.

I'm no rocket scientist, but wouldn't it make sense to just keep the previous belt and use the money spent on this belt to pay the wrestlers and other employees on time?
