ok i got it to connect with itunes and i like restored it, or...attempted to..but anyway it doesnt work cuz there's an error that's called 1611, i have no idea how to fix it. Can you please help me????

Ok so I got my Ipod Touch like...mabe 5 months ago, and I just pulled it out a few days ago and when I try to turn it on it goes to the Apple for like 5 seconds, then white quick, then black, then goes all over again non-stop unless I turn it off. I really need help!
