My husband and I attended this, as a Pirate and a witch. We had a blast! We love to support Relay for Life, and this particular event was one of the funnest! Thanks Brittney and Crystal for all of your hard work, we really enjoyed ourselves. I have lots of pictures if you are interested!

Maybe some neighbors around that area could pull together and go saw off a couple of branches. You can't wait for the DOT to do anything about something like that. Especially out in the country. What a terrible accident, that could have most likely been prevented.

I too am an animal lover, all animals. I hate to hear what happened to Pat's cats. That is sad. If some one is using traps, I hope they are nice enough to track down the owner of the animal wearing a collar and tag. Some of your comments lead me to believe you wouldn't go to the trouble of tracking down the owner, not even the first time. Your words speak volumns... As for the rabies issue, that is correct, Birds cannot get or carry rabies. However, opossums can get and carry rabies, albeit rare. Just stating the facts, should you come across one.
