With each surge, there's accusation of cheating, and since one (supposedly) did, there's room to argue that any or even all could have.

To those complaining about the legal niceties:
Guess what? 99% of those fan-made plushies that are out there, that the makers ARE MAKING MONEY WITH, they're illegal as well, so keep that in mind as you enjoy your precious plushie(s) while complaining, you're contributing to the illegal acts of others as well. As such you're being hypocritical.
