Whoa, that's really weird... It just doesn't seem right that a post from 2012 would be without comments. I mean, I could understand if it was from the first few months of the fandom, but by summer 2011, it seemed like Eqd just exploded with fans. Even this was during season 2, so... Am I missing something? Could it have something to do with the commenting system changes that have been made over time? That's the only reason I can think of.

I agree with ya about Flash. I don't mind so much that Twilight has a romantic interest (knowing this show, they could make something like that work extremely well and make it without the stereotypical relationship stuff we all dislike), but it just kills me that is has to be such a boring and stereotypical character...

I think gender stereotyping goes back much more than just the 1950s, friend. It probably wasn't as bad in the 50s as other decades because rock and roll was changing the culture. Also, I'm not sure if it's idiotic stereotyping. Sure, it is a form of stereotyping, but males and females are born with different personality traits and interests. This has been scientifically proven. I think the show's appeal is not really the lack of stereotyping, but just great writing. Just my two-cents.
