It started with a few anons wanting to donate spaghetti to charity in Dusty's name after he flipped his shit that one time.
Then apparently capper caught interest and tried to organize it, and recently Chef Sandy started backing it as well, and turned into the 'Capper General Memorial Pasta Fund'
At least that's what happened from my perspective.
