It's not quite as complicated as these clowns would make it out to be. It's actually rather simple, the artists and their associates find it socially acceptable to use drugs (either legal or illegal). They become dependent on these drugs and are incapable and/or unwilling to stop.

There are many, many successful people who started with nothing and yet never abused drugs. It IS possible to make it through life without drugs and alcohol dependency.

In the video from ABC News, right at the 7 second mark, you can see a blue stream coming up from Romney's right side towards his face. He jumps back and the security staff rush in.

Acts of libel and slander have occurred by many who, up until that point, had a constitutionally protected right to free speech. Are we to infer by the left's tone on gun control that the first amendment needs some modernization as well?

Not only are they encouraging people to take advantage of others, I mean, these programs, many cities have agencies whose sole purpose is to assist the petitioners and facilitate the crime, errrr, application for assistance.
