He should keep on walking, to the border. What part of illegal don't people understand. They should be given legal status for cutting my grass or cleaning my toilet at the hotels? They broke the law. People buy from pet shops in the malls, where do you think they get the dogs from? The "mills" feed the mall pet shops. If people would buy from a responsible seller/breeder and do their homework, the mills would eventually go out of business.
