I had the same thought! Where's the ACLU? It's not too late. Where's the media involvement, a sympathetic reporter-?
sigh, where did my comment go... This overlaps into self-defense land. Throwing someone is more about knowing how bodies move, and being willing to engage. The element of surprise gives you first advantage. I've read a self-defense book called "Defend Yourself" written by Matt Thomas and Denise Loveday, which I learned a lot from and can recommend. It's written for ordinary non-crossfit people.

I was just mulling that the workers who are never told to "smile more" are usually Paid More. What an odd coincidence.
I don't think I have any friends who would cosplay to support my art, so I'm kinda in awe of your friendship.
But then again, I've never asked anyone.
I've been the person who dilly-dallied around on the fence of Do I want to Be Happy or What, so I want to cheer you for making so many moves towards your real goals! Having a view of the sea...heavenly.
