Hi Geekmom, but Caleeeefornia does not have the money to put the criminals in jail and keep them...the state is fiscally and morally bankrupt. When a police chief of a small town makes 750k per year it is hard.

An I guess you are so brave...why don't you give us your bio Skippy? I am in my 50s and when I was in my 20s and 30 s and needed to fight(not often at all) i was willing. But now I am too tired, so if an ahole threatens me now i would just rather shoot him and save my energy.

J. Lowe...do not fall prey to their ridiculous rantings. They DO NOT want stricter gun laws...the want a full ban on all guns so that only cops, LE and military have weapons. They do not want anyone to have guns period. We would still kill each other without guns.

Once again, why do I lose freedom because bad people do bad things....more people are killed with hammers versus rifles. We have been killing each other forever and this type of thing has been happening less and less anyway.

She is a political hack. I don't wish her death or anything close...but honestly, I couldn't care less about her, Lindsey Lohan, Charlie Sheen, any politician or anybody else...including the people who make this a big story. Following the days that the President disregards the Constitution and just starts bombing another country without Congressional approval and this is a big story???
