On 1980s BMWs you need a special tool to reset the service lights. Aftermarket ones are about $40. Or you can run a jumper wire between two of the pins on the port where the reset tool plugs in.

Driven should be redone as an intentional Mel Brooks/Airplane! style slapstick comedy. I saw it in the theater with some gear head buddies and we laughed through the whole thing. There is lots of good material there.

Anybody else hearing the stupid radio commercial for some aviation maintenance school that starts with some brother saying "I just rebuilt the engine in my 2008 Camaro..." I'm thinking this guy probably has a 1983 Corvette and a 1976 Shelby Mustang too.

When it actually is 1960 and you realize that you are the only one driving a new car with HUGE fins, just run this hose from the exhaust pipe to the driver's window and let her idle for a few minutes.
