Yes, he was born in Kenya by his own words and I will testify to that. I wrote the bio of which you speak. However, his WHITE father is American which makes him American. If he wasn't an American, they would have taken him down long before now.

Having said that, the birth certificate IS forged. I forged it in 1985 for the still very active Medellin Cartel. Pablo Escobar lived IN America. Not Colombia. And, he was very, very good friends with Bush, Jr.

The problem is that our father, Thomas B. Owens, was part of the bombing of the Space Shuttle Challenger as was I, which they have NEVER admitted.

Mike Volin, who is also a rapist, met me at Pablo Escobar's Montura Compound long after I murdered Pablo. Sharon Rondeau was with him. He presented me with the blue dress and asked me if I would testify. I said no for several reasons. He said that it was not a problem and that they would get an actress (crisis actor) to take my place. This meeting took no more than 20 minutes. I never talked to Volin again after that. So, Volin and his associates build a case on this brief meeting. So, of course, Mike Volin expected the same result pertaining to the forged birth certificate, I'm sure. Face it, people.
