Then again they were both processed and packaged. Perhaps the fresh Japanese ones tastes different?

Shitting is great but I honestly feel healthy back there.
I'm doing intermittent konjac fiber loading right now. A heavy week and then nothing. Probably fucks with me for all the wrong reasons but in my head it works.

However, it is looks like a city with A LOT of people. As in far more many areas and communities appear more disadvantaged than the highly segregated expat enclaves. Aesthetically, internet pics show a lot of high rises with very little distinguishing factors compared to the ones that make Cuenca charming. Almost 4MM people makes this a pretty darn big city!!
But honestly, the stories of crime give me a pause. I normally don't shy away from this sort of stuff but reports seem alarming....and the public response seems a bit....accepting? Its kinda like how everyone expects you to get robbed in Rio and live to smile about it. Medellin seems...dangerous.
Aesthetically, Cuenca still has much of its colonial Spanish charm and is still small enough to be intimate. The mountain weather is also much more palatable to me for many reasons. The closeness to the Galapagos is also a major selling point. I honestly haven't yet discovered a major Medellin competitive advantage other than cost and weather.

Constipation because of lack of substantive carb waste is quite regular in the Keto world. As is Keto Breath...
