Emma you are absolutely delusional. Period.
I really liken Weiner and his team to a scum divorce attorney. Those types tend to tell a client whatever they want to hear in order to profit as much as possible. I seriously doubt there was any gross negligence on the part of counsel. Ethically, I believe Weiner is in the wrong but ethics are not law, and as we all know, many lawyers have perverted ethical standards. What it all boils down to is that Plaintiff's counsel represented the plaintiffs for legal matters. They were the plaintiffs paid legal voice. So as scummy and incompetent as Weiner and his team may seem, they are only puppets controlled by their clients.
Don't punish the blowhorn, punish the blowhard.
The award monies you speak of have already been spent. LaBuda awarded 60k+ in trial costs for expert witnesses and the like, and now because all but one of the claims have been deemed frivolous, she ordered the plaintiffs to reimburse MHSC for a portion of the attorney costs. These award amounts are only a PORTION of what Frank has already spent. The only winners in this case, honestly, are the lawyers.
Actually, lazy white people generally aren't the target market. Blow is God's way of telling you you have too much money.
I love how you and your daughter refer to your individual selves as "we". You, Emma, are a special sort.
The respondents and the aviation community in general did a wonderful job on not boasting about being awarded $67k in costs, THAT is in line with what the judge asked for in the ruling. Most folks didn't even know about the ruling on damages until yesterday. Kim Gibbs, all the while, is trash talking Mile-Hi (at her own peril) AND the judge! Hey Kimmy, look around you - you're fresh out of friends and filing an appeal.
But then she wouldn't have had her picture alongside her garden in the paper.
Talk about wearing the pants in the household. If my wife/SO publicly declared that she was going to spend every penny on a lost cause... Jeez I don't know what I'd do. I might make her live in a popup trailer out on the driveway or something until she gets her head on straight.

Now Gibby says that there's been a threat of a libel suit. Personally, I don't believe a word that comes out of her mouth as she has already been proven to be unreasonable... But for arguments sake let's assume it's true - I do hope that Kimberly Gibbs is personally named on any legal action, that way she can't use her (potentially fraudulent) non-profit funds for her defense. And as far as a SLAPP suit goes - No one is interfering with your constitutional rights, Kim. You and the c̶u̶l̶t̶ group continue to incessantly defame a legitimate, law abiding business that contributes greatly to the community. You deserve the repercussions of your actions.
Time for Kim's mom to chime in about how much she admires her courageous daughter's jihad against the big bullies.
