Yep, that is a lucky find! Those credit card customers are lucky a County employee who works on the side of the law found them instead of the being spotted and picked up like manna from heaven by one of "Salisburys finest".
Unfortunately, this type of challenging behavior will grow to be commonly repeated against our Officers when people think they can yell "Police brutality! or I'm gonna call the N-DOUBLE A-C-P" etc. because they are under the impression that they will get their charges excused or think they are now above the law since THUGS may back them up. So, Ms. Ramsey drove off comitting mistake #1 when she chose to play the role of a stubborn child with a child and repeat the offense for what purpose other then to irritate the Officer. Mistake #2 was having this attitude in front of her child and the one that followed when she got pulled over again. Mistake #3 was throwing her car door open on an Officer. Now, we can expect 3 more rallies for a public police lynching? When each case is unfounded (minus the first) and the lawsuits for cash have settled, who is going to bear the burden of the court costs for these frivilous lawsuits, fund the settlements just to stop them from dragging on and why won't the liars be prosecuted? Where is the justice in that? Doesn't Gastonia have it's own issues Mr. Barnette or are you traveling statewide since the money pool for frivilous lawuits and the support of the people back home has dried up?
Wow. I read somewhere that Librarys are prime places for pedophiles to hang out. If you google "child assaulted in library" you'll find other cases of sicko's using the library to gain access to sexually assault kids because who wouldn't think such a place would be safe?
I don't get the person posting here as ESP's point in pasting other blotter activity. Is he comparing the number of different races of offenders in todays blotter to see who caused more havoc around town? Isn't that being racist in itself? Anyhoo, the article said they believe they have the suspects cell phone so I hope they can use the info within to catch the shooter and put Mr. Evans mind at ease so he can sleep but I dont think his late night TV watching is over after this and will now include watching out his window. I doubt he will be getting much sleep at all for a while.
