There's more logical inconsistencies than that. For example, why would you cut a slice of cake for someone who is sleeping, and then leave the rest of the cake next to them? That's just going to make the thing go stale, and there's no purpose, as they're asleep for the gesture.

For that matter, why would you put a cake on the floor next to someone's bed? Or... sleep on the floor?

This comic looks pretty, but it lacks any sort of basic "direction." Like object permanence, where things ought to persist between frames but they don't:

or even something as simple as "how do you cut two slices of cake from a cake and it remains whole?"

It's a cute idea for a comic, but the execution was extremely lacking, to the point where it just becomes a vapid failed attempt at forced cuteness.

Sorry about that, I got things squared away with Sethisto. Summer Days isn't up anymore, but the links have been dead for the past three months now, so that shouldn't really come as a big shock.
