2. Stop hitting Celestia with the Worf bat.
3. Give Celestia her own episode.
4. More Rarity.
5. A musical episode starring Discord, Derpy and the Flim Flam brothers.
6. More Rarity.
7. Fewer instant heel-face turns for villains, or at the very least hold them accountable for their actions.
8. A Spike episode where's he's not the butt monkey.

To piggyback on your statement, it's the reason why I've deliberately stayed away from the setting.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those "BAN THIS SICK FILTH" hugbox types that's averse to any type of disturbing content (I'm a fan of Warhammer 40k's lore, for Pete's sake). It's just a subject that I'm averse to, partly due to my upbringing as well as personally knowing rape victims and hearing of their experiences.
