I am always amazed at people's portraits that look really good. I try to make mine look good but it never seems to come out right....it could just be me but I feel that the design screen where you change all the features is morphed slightly when it goes to the smaller picture. Like the in-game portrait on my character screen isn't exactly how I created it.

Or...I could just suck extremely bad at making portraits!

Ya, these events are pretty cool. I feel the same way that EVE is just SO deep, you will quickly drown if you do not read constantly to keep up with the flow.

We had a Wyvern in Tama not too long ago that I was around for. Unfortunately didn't get on the mail because we were being pirates and popping people with hit and runs ;)

I think this is an excellent idea. I always wondered how they came up with the "Top Ranked" pilots. This would definately validate skilled pilots. Quality should never be forgotten.
