This home does not appeal to me. I like NYC and have been there many times but I would have done a loft in a more hip eclectic neighborhood. This is way to wall street. I would sell the property immediatley. But hey it still would be nice to do that !

I am very pleased with an urban give away however HGTV just will not bring anything to the Mid West like Chicago for example. East coast, West coast, Southwest but never the Mid West what are we chopped liver? We buy and build in the Mid West you know.

I agree. A simple guest room is what I prefer to that over decorated kids rooms. There just so over the top. I usually think they are a big eye soar ! If they have to include a kids room make it a multi age room not for a toddler please !

It is so hot here in the Midwest ! However my tomatoes and basil are available. I bought some fresh mozzerrella and it is Bruschetta for dinner until the heat wave is over. Tall cool glass of Pinot Griggio and were done!
