Here are some reality that Americans have to deal with, (it involves a little math). The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) grew at 1.2% annual rate, information released by Federal Government. Why is this important? It is important because the population growth for people 18-25 years of age according the census grew by 1.8%. That means there are 0.6% less opportunities per worker. Take the 0.6% below population GDP and multiply it by the number of currently employed. Number of people in the employment force 166 million. 166 million x 0.6% growth shortfall = 1 million jobs short of even meeting the population growth. The Federal Reserve just reported the 2013 projection is 1.25 million shortage of jobs. Therefore the people currently unemployed (U-3, 12.6 million) and actual unemployed (U-6, 23.1 million) will grow by 1.2 million because of the slow GDP which is less than population growth. Federal government will not count the teen and young adult who don't get a job or people who exhausted their unemployment, they are not unemployed.

How does Obama rectify the fact that an unemployed black young adult is not even counted as an unemployed person in his federal report? ...and he wants their vote?

The FDA workers are making too much money not fixing this issue. Let me give you some real examples. NOAA, the Coast Guard, Fish and Wild Life do not allow oil spills with concentration greater than 50-75 parts per billion. That's equivalent to a million gallon swimming pool with less than one teaspoon of oil, anyone putting on suntan lotion is in effect violating oil pollution recommendations for fish. Now let us review the pollution level of the previous article with plastics melamine in baby food, that was detected at levels of 2500 parts per MILLION. That level of pollution equals to one quart of oil in a 100 gallon bathtub or USA FDA standard for melamine was 25 parts per MILLION. or one quart of oil in a million gallon swimming pool. Please note the standards for pollution protection for wild fish is much tougher than poison for human babies.

To those who thinks this is a foreign country issue, better think again. Those are USA FDA federal government standards! Please learn to read before spitting your "Zenophobia". It's your federal government killing your babies, not some foreigner.

When the tax payers have to foot the bill for the defense, the prosecution and the courts, ...with no-one overseeing the actual cost of this financial train wreck. It costs more than $200,000 to send a criminal to jail even with huge amount of evidence. The defense always play the game of delay. The prosecution is always paid less with higher number of case load. Then the defense lawyers dump huge amount of money (tax payers money) for Democrats, ...and they advocate setting prisoner free with early release. How much is wasted at parole hearing? Another tens of thousand wasted in defense, prosecution, criminal psychologist, court cost, for early release. ...and no-one is looking at this political gravy train which creates a fiscal mess. It wouldn't be long before it cost $1 million to send someone to jail for criminal activities, and liberal will haggle for the benefit of the criminal. Leaving society to become like Chicago, Detroit, Phlly, Camden, and Oakland where each one of these cities have 150,000 violent criminal activities per year and more than 450 death per city. Combined these 5 cities have more lawyers, more community activists and more crime and death than the entire war in the middle east!

Let us examine how ineffective and inefficient federal government workers are with tax payer money. Everyone knew the earthquake natural disaster in Japan had caused huge debris field to wash out into the ocean. It was seen on TV. How much have NOAA spend on cartoon computer simulation to match their political conclusion? Many million! They knew and saw the floating barge and empty ship in open sea. They knew this could pose a shipping traffic hazard and they knew if the ship got grounded it can cause an ecological damage. Yet rather than pay a tow boat to take it into save harbor for salvage, NOAA decided to waste million flying people to see the stranded ship and barge, then attempted to use this situation as a political tool to fit their conclusion of simulated cartoon predictions and allowed the ship and barge to ground. Millions spend sending political officers pretending to be scientists, deliberately allowing an shipping hazard to presist and potential ecological damage of oil spill to occur with the grounding of a derelict ship. Shame of NOAA for engaging in wasteful bad political cartoon and calling it science. Shame, shame, shame. NOAA spend more money flying politicians to see the derelict ship and barge than what they are contributing to the clean up! Shame, shame, shame!

According to "Ancient Faces" research on surnames, the name "Ehl was commonly known misspelling with variations of Ehl surnames are important to understand history of the name" "In times when literracy was uncommon, names such as Ehl were written down based n how they heard by a scribe...." Her ancestors were common European illiterates and the genealogical history points to this fact!

What is the greatest clue in this video that show these people on this river rafting trip do not know how to swim or are not avid swimmer? Look at their clothing, anyone who swim know not to wear baggy clothing with pockets. Anyone who actually swim or surf know not to wear clothing with pockets because it can get filled with sand, water and open like a parachute. Anyone who swims know how difficult it is to swim with baggy clothing. When I look at this video, ...those people are not swimmer but they are going river rafting?

This is the honest story my daughter and I encountered the other day swimming and paddle boating in Green Lake. A group of teens and their parents talking about going river rafting. They were all wearing baggy clothing. None of these people were able to pass the 25 yard swim test! NONE! They were all sneaking pass the shallow lane marker to keep non-swimmer in the shallow. When caught and told by the life guard to return to the shallow end, the adult parents started to heckle the life guards, suggesting no harm was done. Yet, over hearing their conversation, they were all insisting going river rafting as a group would be fun! Those people at Green Lake looked similar to the bald guy in this video. Missing from this video were their chubby daughter in baggy clothing who could not pass the swim test but kept sneaking into the deep end and bragging about their parents taking them river rafting!

I don't think we should make laws requiring life vests. I do think we need to require anyone entering the stream to sign a waver, stating there are inherit danger river rafting and swimming in rivers. Failure to follow common safety practices, like not drinking, wearing life-vest, coast guard approve flotation, not diving into shallow water, not to swim under submerged tree branches etc. etc. can cause death by drowning. The greatest punishment these people can suffer is giving up their life. It's a good lesson for everyone else. Don't make laws that require people to wear life vest, post the names and photo of those that drowned due to failure to observe common safety protocols, ....then ask everyone entering the river or lake to sign a waiver. People need to take personnel responsibility.

One have to ask the following, What is the appropriate punishment if someone discharged a weapon in an airplane? Now consider the damage these same people are creating discharging a weapon in a crowded city street. When I hear defense lawyer and community activists state that these people were just having fun and no one was hurt. Honestly, having a bullet fly by ones head doesn't cause harm? Then please explain all the PTSD with solders that never got wounded. Please explain all the solders in WW2, Korean War and Vietnam who got shell shocked but were never wounded. The damage these hooligans cause in society and the community is much greater than the defense and community activists admit too. I thing the punishment for these people engaged in social disorder using weapons to threaten society should be countered with much greater level of punishment. Think of all the people who get so fearful because of these violent crimes and not engage in social activities outside their home, need to feel save and putting these people away for a long time with no parole is a great start.

Gee, wonder if Obama's AG Eric Holder sold these hooligans any guns? Let's us review the good people and bad people. Good peoples phones are getting tapped because of politician wanting to get your phone access. Bad people are allow to conduct drug and gang activities without the police or prosecutors being able to use the information from the wire taps (Example of gang member set free after violent conflict in Seattle and the Police had wire tap information which were thrown out of court.) Police use edited video camera footage to issue citation with billing for people who actually committed no crime. Police are not allowed to use video footage from traffic control to arrest gangs, drug dealers, and have had these evidence thrown out of court. Honestly, the community activists, defense lawyers and liberal courts have gone too far, they forget who foot the bill for their salary and who they are sworn to protect.
