No problems watching since I know all the dialogue by heart anyway. (Been watching Trek since 1966.)
More tribbles!

That was a long year waiting for the next season.
But a small issue rises after I watched these eps again. What happened to Stark? I don't remember seeing a scene of him leaving Moya. But he's not been around on Moya in the past few episodes, which I thought were supposed to be happening right after their encounter with Scorpious at the Gamak base. Does anyone (with the Farscape DVDs) know if a Stark scene was filmed but not shown? Or comments (by other characters) cut from an episode?
Call me mildly puzzled by a continuity issue.

Not surprised about Gilina, disappointed maybe (stereotypical treatment, especially because she was an expendable character?? She wouldn't be joining Moya's crew--one ex-PK already aboard Moya so Giliana's presence wasn't needed to demonstrate that plot dynamic.) Would anyone else care to speculate about alternative ways her situation could have been handled? That she wasn't discovered? That she was allowed to remain an unresolved possibility for future encounters with the PK??
Was surprised that Stark was on board at the end of the episode. Two more main characters added to the crew towards the end of the first season? Not typical of most tv shows.
Hmmm. As noted by Mark, this episode seems to be changing the "primary villain" of the series. From Crais to Scorpious. I wonder if this was intended from the beginning by the creators/writers, or if it came after half a dozen or so episodes had already been written/filmed?? I can see how Crais's situation as primary villain was not ultimately sustainable (as much as I liked his acting, etc). The PK would never have allowed someone of his position to have continued a personal quest for vengeance. And I don't think Crais could have kept his crew under wraps all the time. So something bigger had to be added to the mix/series. (Or rather someone more dark & dangerous?) Someone in the position--with the power to continue the pursuit of John Crichton.
And finally, Moya's baby. Not exactly a Leviathan? Two more episodes to see what that's about.

Well, stark raving mad Stark! (well-named? Aren't these writers clever??)
And SCORPIUS! Boo! Hiss! The Leather Lizard! Major villain obviously! But got to admire the outfit and make-up.
Farscape keeps on rockin!

I need that as a gif.
I saw this episode one month before I turned 9 years old. It didn't scare me-per say, but the suspense of the episode was incredible. The Enterprise meets overwhelming force. Kirk plays poker. Very cool.
Also, as already noted. More shirtless Kirk.
And-ta da! NOBODY dies this episode! Much suspense but no deaths.
