You are most fortunate, because a certain presumptive Republican nominee for President of our country has said that if Americans are against abortion, they should just vote for him. I just read these very words yesterday, so....yeah. We don't like it, not at all.
I wonder if having Nancy Won on the writing stafff is the reason for the lack of racial fetishism going on lately. I mean, that would be the height of insensitivity to keep producing scripts with Busty Asian Beauties as a punchline with an Asian female in the writers' room.
Thanks! But it was my laptop---more issues than People magazine, I swear. Suddenly, Windows Media Player won't play Mark's videos with sound...I had to use a different player, and it's fine. :)
Pssst...the video for "The Vessel", or my copy anyway, is completely soundless. Am I the only one? All my volumes were up, and the episode of SPN was playing and audible, but Mark's video was some microphone static and then...nothing for me. Anyone else?
As a native Texan, I felt personally insulted by that airport sign. And the MULTIPLE sightings of men in huge cowboy hats and boots in the airport background scenes. Let me just say...no. And there is no "city in south western Texas"---none at all. So, to sum up this episode for me: rampant Islamophobia + ridiculous Texas stereotyping = not even Robbie Amell's blue eyes could make me like this one.
Will, it’s just a car. It’s not like it’s Baby. Haha, nice catch. I cannot help but compare various other things I watch to Supernatural, and by this episode, it was clear to me that Wolfgang is essentially Dean Winchester: the low self-esteem, the crappy father, the rabid loyalty to his best friend/"brother", his steeliness in never backing down from confrontations, etc. <3
Have you seen the special added to the season one Netflix version? It's a little behind-the-scenes, making-of, very entertaining and informative special on the cast and crew...highly recommend! I watched this as soon as it was released, but rewatched with Mark, and just before he released the first videos, I added it back in my Netflix queue, and there was a 13th episode...it was the making-of. 10/10
High five sister. The Adam everyone (and Sam) became emotionally invested in WAS A GHOUL. The real Adam most certainly gave no fucks about Sam or Dean and told them so. I've never cared about Adam, and I don't get why people do. Also, your headcanon is A+++ and I have adopted it as my own.
Your post upthread was pretty incredible, so thank YOU. But ALL THE YESES to Mark really enjoying an episode of this show again....all the yeses, and all the LOVE.
You'll LOVE it. I think I can guarantee it! (and if not, you don't know where I live, so there's that :p)
