Yeah, well, over 90% of Chinese PhD's and 80% of Indian PhD's choose to remain in the US after graduation and those include the brightest and cleverest from the best schools. I'd say that is a brain drain from Chindia to the USA, not the other way around.

The other thing is, no matter how long you've been gone, there's just no place like home, immigration reform won't stop people "going home".
