A Civil matter would be where there is defamation: /slander/spoken word.....libel/written word..
Where is the evidence of that?

Assault.....causing someone to apprehend fear (verbal/physical) is a Criminal matter!
Where is the evidence/claim of that?

Making 'offensive' ????? remarks against someone does not carry Punitive, nor Compensatory sanctions.....at least not here in Trinidad and Tobago.....China.....maybe?

Mens Rea would be the 'guilty mind'....in this case guilty of what?
Actus Reus would be the "guilty act" in this case threats/brandishing of weapons/common assault......again, where is the claim/evidence of that?
