Paul Mooney did it a few years before cunningham did when Linfield played Glentoran on a yellow pitch at the oval there was that many bananas threw at Antoine Coly that night, why does that incident not deserve an article?

There was also the incident of Portadown ironically where some of their fans were made to eat the bunches of bananas they'd bought for Coly's visit, that not worthy of a mention either?

Yet more one sided nonsense from this Dublin based rag masquerading as a newspaper.

Although I do find it interesting when a character like cunningham plays the "colour" card, particularly given the dislike of the colour Orange he made clear at every opportunity he had when playing against Linfield........

I suppose it's only normal that a toilet of a "newspaper" will get the likes of you floating in the bowl.

This doesn't concern you small town boy.
Your whining is especially funny given what your club is receiving from the IFA and that you've just appointed a manager who is less credible than mickey mouse.

Sad to see another true Irish League legend passing.

As for Belfast celtic they folded due to financial reasons when tens of thousands watched the Irish League every week, why on Earth would they survive now?

It especially won't wash with those blindly masquerading myth as fact for the sake of a good whinge.

People can complain all they want , Linfield did the best they could for themselves and in the same position they'd have all done the same.

So spare us this state sponsored nonsense.

But the other side of the coin that isn't debated, in the recent Boxing day fixture several of the Glentoran side had either came through the ranks at Linfield or had started their youth careers at Linfield and moved on.
There's many other squads in the league with similar figures so surely getting so many players in to the IPL is a major benefit to it?

Is that the tiresome and factually incorrect whine of the downtrodden glenman I hear?

Go cry your river somewhere else crystal gayle, no one else's fault but your own your club's in the state it's in.
