Again, you are WRONG! The US Constitution protects ALL persons on US soil, regardless of their immigration status. There are certain rights that are reserved for US citizizens, such as the right to vote, but generally speaking EVERYONE on American soil has US Constitutional rights.

Precisely! These knuckle draggers, in truth, could care less if the Border Patrol NEVER does a damn thing about Visa overstays from Canada or the UK. As long as they get rid of as many brown people as possible (even if they are legal US citizens), that's all they really care about.
And how exactly do you know they are illegal? By the way they look? The way they sound? What???? How do you know they are not legal US citizens who are Hispanic-Americans?
No US citizen on American soil is required to prove their legal status to ANYONE, unless you are stepping off an international flight, or crossing a land border. This includes Hispanic-Americans who are legal US citizens. And as such, the Border Patrol has no business whatsoever questioning anyone who merely looks Hispanic.
How many dead, maimed, mutilated, and abused children is it going to take before people demand accountability from this horrific agency? The stories of their incompetance are mind boggling! Too many to even begin to count. The WA DSHS is the most incompetant agency in the United States! It needs to be completely dismantled, in effect "blown up", figuratively speaking, with a new agency with new management rising in its ashes.
