I'm not sure if you are aware, but the apparent miss number is now 8% according to player tests. It's bringing all the hit cap figures down for all classes, including casters.

This reminds me of myself last August when I had started playing. I remember going through the entirety of Ashenvale on foot before they lowered the level requirement for mounts and complaining how long it took. I even walked all the way to Ratchet. Looking forward to your future posts!
