Remember Equestriagirls.com? It used to be a fansite with an embedded video of the equestria girls parody video. Hasbro sent them legal threats until they were forced to hand it over. The site was around long before Hasbro owned a trademark on EQG.

Maybe it depends on the time of day or something else along those lines. Could have sworn I read that somewhere, and it seemed to make sense because I've never personally seen pony commercials during episode airings. Oh well.
