I think you may have a misunderstanding of our objectives.

Once again I stress that the idea is to HIGHLIGHT the problems involved in ALL aspects of Northern Cyprus law, and supplies answers on questions readers have asked covering many different subjects.

Neither Naomi Memhet or Lincguide is not paid by anyone for doing these articles, so there is no bias of any kind.

I do agree with you John in some ways but no-one is trying to entice investors into anything on this website.

Our only aim is to give people who a considering investing in North Cyprus or have a problem with a legal situation in North Cyprus unbiased information on their particular situation.

By writing these articles we are actually highlighting issues and problems that people may not be otherwise aware of.

Alot of people have been on the wrong end of these problems, we are just trying to redress the balance and to help people avoid the same mistakes and pitfalls

Alot of people are very happy and have no problems with their property in North Cyprus so I think it is unfair to make sweeping generalisations.

But you are exactly right about one thing Hector people have had a lot of bad advice and wrong information.

That is why we have been producing these articles and trying to get the correct information out to people for over a year now. . .

Alot of inconsistencies within the law in North Cyprus have been resolved in the last few years but alot of bad publicity and high profile cases have already done the serious damage to the property market.

Hopefully with the correct information people can make good decisions when it comes to investing in Northern Cyprus.

Thanks for the comments Christine, I think everyone knows the history of what happened in Cyprus and the different interpretations of what really happened and why the island was divided.

I think the Oram's have been used as poitical pawns to a point, and may have been badly advised or did not appreciate the situation to begin with.

The important thing is to move forward and find a solution to the division for the young of Cyprus so they can live together in peace in the future
