If I read a book that I don't particularly care for, either because it just shows up or is given to me by a friend, I try to make it clear that it is not a book I would have chosen - and that people who would have chosen it might like it. I don't usually give a book a bad review unless it is written so poorly that no one ~ well almost no one ~ would like it.

I gave you an award today ~ check it out here!

Thank you for another book on the TBR list!! It is getting awfully full, but somehow I will survive.

I usually do not read dystopian literature but I was persuaded by Presenting Lenore to read the Hunger Games and I loved, loved the books. Great interview!

I too loved this book. I felt lost during the first few chapters, and meeting the Vangar family was overwhelming at first. Then I decided that I would meet them as Blomkvist did, one by one. Gradually, I understood, but did not know. And I had to know. I just finished the final book in the series and am so sad.
The review was very well written.
