Dear Mr. President,

Patriotic retirement:
There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force. Pay them $1 million apiece severance with the following stipulations:

1) They leave their jobs. Forty million job openings - Unemployment fixed.

2) They buy NEW American cars. Forty million cars ordered -Auto Industry fixed.

3) They either buy a house/pay off their mortgage - Housing Crisis fixed.

So now I hear that Bob Bosso is getting strong armed by President Obama himself in order to silence him. That man's YouTube video was sincere and honest - now on top of everything, they want to usurp the 1st amendment on this man and use their new found powers to stop an uprising in anyway they can. This effort will surely be targeted. We need to be strong in order to succeed. It appears the Government is starting to get a clue that millions of Americans are in the process of getting organized. I think Glenn needs to report on the story of Bob Bosso and what happend yesterday (3/27) between Obama and Bob Bosso. If there is anything there, we could surely tell by Bob Bosso's reaction to inquires.

This new Food Safety Modernization Act - does anybody know how the "monsanto seeds" fit into this? I didn't know about these patented seeds by Monsanto until just recently and I'm not a farmer. What I understand is that these particular seeds being pushed by our Government do not produce seeds at harvest times forcing the farmer to buy again from Monsanto.

I"m not certain, but I read someplace that Thomas James "Tom" Vilsack (Obama's Agriculture Guy) has close ties to Monsanto. Does anybody have more information on this?

I'm sure this is a hot topic, but one of the encrouchments on our civil liberties is the vast powers given to the government in the Patriot Act. President Elect Obama promised to get rid of it - now I understand that he's decided to keep it in place. I didn't hear anything on the major news channels regarding this, but to me it's another broken promise by President Obama.

My son is in the USMC and will be deployed to Iraq - I'm all about protecting our Country, but it's not clear to me what these powers do for us that good border control would accomplish. I'd like to know what others think of the Patriot Act.

Thanks montgoo – One thought though is that Congress is inept and gain experience that only serve to confuse things. I don’t buy the notion that running Congress is as complicated as the media leads us to believe. Any “good” people that care about their Country would certainly help by consulting others in Congress and I’m sure the newbies would look for people like that.

As to incentive – I think a life pension is pretty good for most of us; I’m not sure what attracts the millionaires like it does today – what’s the number 50% of them are millionaires? Thanks for the thoughts – but I liked Chuck Norris’ comments on it; walk down the hall and start firing people. These times are really that bad in my opinion and nothing like what it was when the Country was founded.

I understand that Congressional Term Limits were considered at the founding of our nation and then disgarded - I'm now of the opinion that the only way to clean up the absolute corruption that has taken over our Government is to impose Term Limits on these professional politicians. Would love your thoughts on this.
