The right to assemble doesn't mean freedom from criticizing the rationale behind assembling.

FREEDOM OF SPEECH DOES NOT MEAN FREEDOM FROM CRITICISM. No one is saying they're going to block their happy little rally or infringe on their right to speak their mind; it's just an opinion that you don't agree with so spare me the facile arguments.

Greg Gutfeld is on a cable news network at 3 am (and destroys every show on CNN and almost every MSNBC show in Prime Time) and Stewart airs at 11 pm.

Greg's not a Jon Stewart wannabe, his show would be off the air if he tried to emulate that smug, unfunny dolt. Does Stewart still mug for the cameras and his audience with a dopey face when his jokes flop?
