Pledge: When I vote, I vote my principles. If I lose, my principles remain.

When we ask, "Who can win?" and not "Who represents me?" we WILL LOSE. Because even if "our candidate" wins the election, we will lose our candidate.
I pledge to never again cast a primary vote on the basis of "Who can win?" even if others say I am throwing my vote away.
I truly believe that when we put our PRINCIPLES FIRST, victory will follow. Authenticity is a golden characteristic.

When I left to take a phone call, he leaned over to my friend and asked: "Is that guy a Libertarian?" And my friend replied: "No. He is a Reagan Republican. And you better learn how to get his vote because he represents that segment of the people you NEED to stay in office."
Priceless.

I was at the Senate-House Dinner Monday night. The place was full of big-money donors and Washington GOP insiders. In other words, it was full of people who THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA reports are adverse to a Palin candidacy.
Well guess what!!
The Media was not exagerrating when they say she stole the show. Newt gave a great speech, but Sarah was the darling of the dinner. I almost got knocked down by people rushing to get close to Palin after the dinner.
We love her in "fly over" country---and they are starting to wake up to her in the Beltway. The joke is on you, buddy!

He was asked: "When will the GOP leadership take responsibility for what has happened to the Party." The Honorable Congressman played dumb. So I pointed out that I was @ Alamo Tea Party and the group of conservatives cheered louder when Glenn said: "They are tired of Republicans."
He merely became defensive. He asked no questions, cared little for my opinion. Instead I was reprimanded for daring to say that as a Reagan Conservative I am sick of nonsense in the GOP.
And yet during the course of the evening, my hope was renewed.
