Thanks Dave- I was optimistic about the model heading in the right direction, but the Cena v Taker and the Bryan thing make me think differently. Hopefully they won’t re-sign Lesnar, because he is a huge part of the problem.

You have a -96 intense debate rating, so I won’t feed the troll. I am privileged to be a columnist on this site, and have expressed my opinion. If you disagree, fine, but I assure you it isn’t complaining for the sake of it. I truly believe WWE is playing with their long term future.

I don’t personally want to watch old man Taker and late career Cena wrestle. That’s my prerogative. I will enjoy the show...the full timer bits, anyway.

The reports from meltzer etc are that Wrestlemania in the Network era doesn’t even turn a profit!! They break even! If they scaled it back a bit, it might even end up more profitable...

I love WWE. I don’t need to stop watching. I object to the DIRECTION of Wrestlemania not necessarily the year long product. What I love is the full time wrestlers who I’m a big fan of strutting their stuff, and in my opinion, if WWE don’t change their model, they will be in big trouble a few years from now.

What’s the point of complaining? I’m a wrestling columnist on a dirt sheet. I’m here to give my opinion! If you don’t agree with my opinion and have a different opinion, that’s great. I’m here for the debate. Wrestlemania isn’t for me, but the other 11 months are...
