Well, I hate to be the voice of dissent, but I don't necessarily agree with starting twitter just because other people are. We can't predict which medium will become ridiculously popular and change the world--I don't believe in just jumping on the bandwagon. Also, I think Twitter would complicate my life and pull me away from more important things.
