"U.S. obesity rates nearing 35 percent of the adult population"...

Just wait for our younger generation to become a part of these statistics. Put down the video controller and go outside and play!

What's so hard about understanding that if they ask for a lawyer you stop questioning them and give them one? I sure hope that whoever failed to follow this rule is punished.

Gee, not one anti gun posting so far. Hmm.. I wonder where they're all at?

Glad this women was able to protect herself, not to mention hold the second guy at bay until the cops arrived. As for the husband, well I'm sure my post would be deleted by the administrator if I said what I want to. Throw the book at this guy and hope that bubba takes care of him.

And who can afford the overpriced tickets for a Seahawks game? Taking a family of 4 to a Seahawks game costs a fortune.

Service rifle? I said .45 a.k.a. pistol. Where I served doesn't matter but it was a long long time ago when world politics were a lot different. Question is... Since you know so much about OUR weapons and how WE were trained, where did you serve?

I'm a veteran and was trained to carry my .45 with a round in the chamber. Maybe "Swan's" training was actually a "Unit Directive" to prevent such an accident, or maybe he/she served during "non-combat" operations or at a rear echelon post. Regardless of their situation, civilian police officers are trained to carry their weapons with a round in the chamber.

As far as giving a veteran thumbs down... Well have at it. It doesn't make our comments any less subject to other peoples opinions.

That would also mean that the vehicle went between the two handicap signs without taking them out. Heck, the building wall doesn't even look that bad.

Pretty funny how things can happen and sure glad the injuries weren't more serious.

Childish game which proves once again that it better to be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
