There is a great brew pub downtown, not far from the arena also, called the Upstream Brewery. Excellent food and beer. You can look them up on the internet. Their Smoked Gouda Beer Cheese soup is awesome. They have a wide variety of food from steak and seafood to pizza and sandwiches. I went there a few years ago when the Sioux played there. Lots of Sioux fans in that place.

This is terrible. This guy jumps off the bench and then drops the gloves and helmet, but because they actually didn't fight there is nothing wrong? This makes no sense. He should be suspended for at least 1 game, maybe even 2 just to put some credibility back in the officials. If the officials would call the game by the rule book most of these things wouldn't get out of hand. Also, if they allowed fighting, only giving the players a 5 min. major, players would have to pay for running their mouths and their cheap ass after the whistle tactics. I don't care if a team is up 10 nothing, if the team losing is committing a penalty it needs to be called. We need consistency in the WCHA officiating crews. If it is a penalty in the first period, its a penalty in overtime.
