I just commented on another post how I reveled with my founding partner how close we were to realizing our dreams when closing an A round for our company in 1999. This blog post talks about the other side - betrayal that can happen between business partners when under fire. This very same partner, the one whom I'd worked 90 hour weeks with for almost 2 years, shoved his buddy knife right into me to try to save his own skin from the 'changing of the guard' after funding. It didn't work, but it served to end a great friendship and business relationship.
