Blogger is failin' everyone these days...

It's so true--sometimes, "thank you" can change a person's day.

Hi Kieren! I hope Clara's doing well and taking good care of her mom! Absolutely true. So many great communities across the board! :)

You know, there are issues that are important to all of us and elicit the passion we have, but really, most issues are matters of where we come from, what we find important, and where we're going in life. It's okay to disagree and it's very possible to disagree while still being friendly and kind. Boo to hatred and anger! I'm sorry, but I don't have time for either.

There's a difference between supporting an idea/a principle/a belief and supporting a party/representative/campaign/foundation. Sadly, there are many ulterior motives for many programs that would otherwise help a lot of people and help countries run smoother. But I also think we should always remember this world isn't perfect; we should stop expecting utopias to come out of nowhere and instead try to focus on putting whatever good we can into other peoples' lives. Even small actions can make a difference.

Thanks for stopping by, Kimberlee! :)

Oh definitely! And even those endless rewrites from years past are just good practice anyway. Thanks, Jess, good luck with yours too! :) Hope your puppy's doing better. I saw his poor little face with his cut on your blog. :(

I've been doing that too, Mary. This past weekend my hard drive failed due to a really bad virus, but thankfully I was able to recover most of my work and I'd already been emailing myself/updating/etc. so it definitely helps me stay organized.

Thank you!
