Someone needs to tell this guy they make hot air balloons with baskets you can ride in. Then he could actually enjoy the ride rather than pretending.

So when "Obamacare" passed, did an AP headline read "Defeat could help launch counterattack on Democrats"??

Or has the AP decided to quit pretending they are unbiased?

I don't normally comment on weather, however.... I've got to get this off my chest.

This is the biggest MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING weather event I think I've ever witnessed!!!!

Good thing the schools closed. People may not have been able to negotiate all that wet pavement.

There... I feel better now.

OPEC is an issue. At the very least, new drilling and refining would create new jobs and we'd have more control over the supply than we do now.

Obama had better address this.. $4-a-gallon gas will diminish any meager economic "recovery".

Supply and demand.

More supply = lower costs

Alternative fuels? Fine.

But until we have an alternative comparable to oil we should let oil companies do what they do in THIS country. This will add more supply to the world market, thereby dropping prices and making us LESS dependent on unstable foreign countries and minimalize the impact of such "uprisings".

NOW might be a good time to go ahead and drill in our own back yard and build more refineries so our oil supply isn't affected by every little uprising in the Middle East.
