To me personally, all Grind really is is a mindset. I mean, the term 'Grindcore' is more synonymous with a genre and sound, but Grind can take form in Jazz, Hardcore, Speedcore... basically pushing the epitome of what 'Punk' might be to the absolute Nth degree. Maruosa most certainly fit this tag in my mind, as do many other speedcore/breakcore groups i.e. Bong Ra constantly sampling Bolt Thrower

Its all about Boston Hardcore! Jerrys Kids, FU's, SSD, Impact Unit... the fuckin' list goes on.
